  • Client:
    C T Sheldon Limited
  • Local Authority:
    Newark & Sherwood District Council

The Brief

The client proposed to relocate the existing agricultural operation to another site, and redevelop Pitomy Farm for residential usage. 30 dwellings were proposed along with landscaping and infrastructure provision.

Our Role

Globe prepared the application for submission, meeting with the local planning authority and statutory consultees to ensure the proposal was appropriate to the village.
