Lola Rose, a growing jewellery business, appointed Globe to undertake their appeal against the refusal of planning permission for extensions to their head office in West Hampstead, London.
Following a refusal of planning permission by the London Borough of Camden, Globe prepared a planning appeal on behalf of Lola Rose.
Globe made the case for the development, which sought to increase floor space through extensions in the roof of the building and at ground floor level. We were able to show that the expansion of this successful jewellery business would bring new economic growth and jobs to this part of London which is identified as a ‘Growth Area’ in Camden’s Core Strategy.
The appeal was allowed by the Inspectorate enabling the company to expand, create jobs, and keep up with demand for their products.
