The Brief

Lincs Archiving Solutions Ltd., a secure document storage business, wanted to expand their current warehouse facilities to enable them to cope with increasing demand.

Our Role

The scheme had previously been refused planning permission, and so Globe were charged with coordinating the appeal process, and making the case in favour of the development.

Globe liaised with the Planning Inspectorate and argued the case for the suitability of the development in its location. The contribution the expansion of the business could make to the local economy was a key part of the case, along with the unique and specialist nature of the company and its approach.

The appeal was allowed and planning permission granted, ensuring that the company can expand to suit their business needs accordingly.
