Globe’s ISO 9001 external audit by QMS International took place this morning to test our quality management systems. We are very proud to report that after three hours of probing our records, systems and proceedures the auditor reported a 100% pass rate with only two observations and no non-conformances.
This reflects the hard work that all of the team have put in to delivering a first class service for our clients but a particular mention needs to go to our Business Manager Elizabeth who has developed and overseen our quality procedures. These procedures have played a key role in supporting our consultancy work and have contributed to feedback from our customer survey that shows that we exceeded the expectations of 75% of our customers and met the expectations of the rest.
With an increasing client base despite the difficult economic climate and the recent successes of Globe Consultants International we are all looking forward to delivering even more quality services the second half of our year.
