Join us at 6pm next Wednesday, 25th July at the Think Tank, Lincoln, to explore some of the key challenges of commercialising ideas for new products and services with a talk from an organisation which deals in small business innovation.
The last in of our summer programme of events will include a presentation by ANGLE, deliverers of the ‘Innovation Advice and Guidance’ programme in Lincolnshire (IAG). IAG is an ERDF funded flagship programme and a catalyst for regeneration that delivers innovation support directly to Lincolnshire’s business community.

Tim Staniland from ANGLE said the seminar will help businesses understand what kind of questions they need to ask themselves before they develop new product and service ideas.
Tim commented: “Whether you’re developing a digital app. or the latest household gadget; the process of commercialising your idea is much the same and hugely dependant on knowing and accessing the right market for your innovation.
It’s about identifying the challenges to taking your idea to market and sourcing the right expertise and resources to overcome these. This is often what makes the difference between a great idea and a commercial success.”
Tim and colleagues from the Innovation Advice and Guidance programme will also be on hand to discuss how their project can support eligible businesses to assess the commercial viability of their own product or service ideas.
